Postcard Addressing & Mailing Services
What is the difference between ‘Print + Address + Mail’ and ‘Print + Address’?
Selecting ‘Print + Address + Mail’ (full service direct mail) does everything necessary to mail your postcards—address and mail—through the US Postal Service directly to your customers. U.S. addresses only. Payment for this option includes the postage for your individual postcards.
‘Print + Address’ service will only address your project, then we will send YOU all the postcards via your choice of UPS Ground or UPS Air. We do not mail your postcards to your customers. Payment for this option does not include the postage for your individual postcards.
Both services are available for postcards only.
What is the turnaround time for Print + Address + Mail orders?
We do everything in our power to complete your project fast. Orders placed before three o’clock Eastern Standard Time will be processed and delivered to the Post Office the next business day.
The US Postal Service quotes 3–5 business days for ‘First-Class’ delivery, relative to Portland, Oregon.
Which file types do you accept for address lists?
Our website accepts .txt, .csv, .xls, .sdf, .dbf, and ACT! files for address lists. If you have another format, or any questions, call (tel.8002605887), email (https://www.expresscopy.com/contact-support), or chat online (chat link) for an immediate, custom quote, Monday through Friday.
When ordering Print + Address + Mail service, can I have extra postcards sent to myself?
Yes. There are two ways to do this:
- Add your name and address to your address list as many times as you like, then check the box to allow duplicates in your address list, in the checkout process.
- Add another item to your order for ‘Print-Only’ postcards or ‘Print + Address’ postcards (with the postcards coming directly to you).
For ‘Print-Only’ orders, can I address my postcards or flyers using my desktop printer?
We do not recommend running our printed products through any heat-producing printer (this includes laser printers) or other equipment, as it may damage both the printed product and your printer.

If you need more assistance, please call (tel.8002605887), email (https://www.expresscopy.com/contact-support), or chat online (chat link) for an immediate, custom quote, Monday through Friday.
Can I see what my design will look like printed?
During the design creation process you will have the chance to review and accept a PDF preview, or digital "proof," of your final print file.
You will also have the option later in the order process to order a color proof to be sent to you via UPS Next Day Air Saver for $25. Your order will not be printed until you approve the proof.
What file types does expresscopy accept for printing?
We recommend saving directly to PDF from your design program for the best print. Expresscopy will convert all print files to a PDF for printing.
What does the term "bleed" mean?
‘Bleed’ is the area that your design extends into, beyond the size of your final project. If you don’t want a white border around your project, you need to bleed your content off the final cut size of your project.
