That’s right! We’re excited to announce that Pulse will soon be transitioning to the expresscopy.com website, where it will be fully integrated, improving your marketing experience.
Wondering if there is anything you need to do on your end? The answer is simple: absolutely nothing! We’ve got you covered. If you are a current Pulse user, you will still have access to the same information, and all of your previous settings will still be saved. The only difference is starting may 5th you will now access your Pulse Mailing services under the my account page within your expresscopy.com account instead of the old Pulse website.
Other things to know
1. Notification emails for automated orders will be sent at the same time your postcards ship (not as they are placed).
2. Pricing has been simplified. The new Pulse app charges the same price for all postcards.
3. Users with both expresscopy.com and Pulse accounts will now log into expresscopy.com using their expresscopy.com username & password to manage pulse settings. Users who only have Pulse accounts will use the same username and password they used for Pulse before.
4. Uploading lists. In the past, if you chose to send 100 postcards, and uploaded a list of 50 people, the total would equal 100. Now you will need to know how many people you plan to upload prior to choosing your postcards because the total number of postcards you choose will be in addition to your list. So if, for example, you plan to send 100 postcards and have a list of 25 people, simply choose 75 postcards so the total equals 100 postcards.
