Select the expresscopy PostScript printer prior to creating your document. The specific procedure for selecting the correct printer driver will vary from application to application.

Some programs have a "Print(er) Setup" option under the "File" drop-down menu. If this is the case, select the appropriate printer driver here. Other programs, such as Microsoft Word do not offer this choice. In these cases, click "start", "settings", "printers", and set the appropriate printer driver as your default printer.

Please note the following prior to proceeding with your document:
Every printer deals with fonts, spacing, borders and graphics in slightly different ways. If you print proof copies on your desktop printer and switch to a different printer, you should not be surprised to find text missing, realigned or have borders missing. If you switch printers after your document was designed, ALWAYS review your document on screen. Correct any defect on your screen before you prepare your file as a Postscript or PDF file.
