USPS Postcard design requirements
Regular Size Postcard (5.6" x 4.25") mailings are run on 90# cover stock with lamination to be accepted by the Post Office. Designated areas of the postcards must be left blank or lightly colored for the application of addresses, postage, and barcodes. To see which areas must comply to USPS standards, examine the standard card mockups.
Jumbo Postcards (8.5" x 5.5") are also run on our 90# cover stock with lamination to be accepted by the Post Office. Designated areas of the postcards must be left blank or lightly colored for the application of addresses, postage, and barcodes. To see which areas must comply to USPS standards, example the jumbo card mockups.
Postage: Customer pays all postage charges per Acceptance Certificate. Address files are CASS certified through a Post Office certified presort software. Please send more addresses than the final quantity of postcards requested just to be safe. For instance, send 525 addresses for a 500 quantity run. CASS software will drop addresses that are not "good".
