Our digital presses can imprint a different name and address onto each of your postcards, including the bar codes. By simply including an address file in your order and selecting Platinum Sort addressing and mailing, your cards will go directly from our press to the US Post Office.

There is a minimum order quantity of 100 postcards for regular and jumbo size postcards, and 500 for giant size postcards. All postcards mailed through the US Postal Service are printed on 90# Cover with UV gloss coating.

EZ-Template™ System
Create print-ready files online with our template system. Choose from our extensive selection of ready-made templates, upload your photos (depending on the template), enter your own information in the intuitive web-based forms, and submit your order.
PDF Converter
Use your own software (like Microsoft Publisher) to create a postcard, then convert it to PDF using our converter. The converter accepts many different types of files.
Contact Manager
This utility enables you to create, store, and edit your mailing lists on our server. Save even more time by keeping your contacts in this handy web-based utility, and quickly export your files for postcard mailings.
Targeted Mailing Lists
Expresscopy.com offers custom Targeted Mailing Lists with any direct mail postcard order for only $.08-.15 per address. Select a center point address or Zip code(s) to generate a list of nearby address. From there, you can narrow down the recipients by choosing demographics such as age and income. Scheduling Calendar
Set up automated postcard mailings for up to one year in advance of mailing! When you start a new order, simply schedule your order to begin printing on a given date. To use the Scheduling Calendar, both the address file and print file must be submitted at the time of scheduling.

Print and Address File Requirements

You can create your postcard using your own design program, or by using the free online EZ-Template™ or EZ-Template II™ system. If you are designing your own postcard, you will need to follow the Postcard Design Specifications for Mailing. The USPS has requirements you must follow, including specific sizes, and certain reserved areas on the address side of the card.

Address files must follow our Address File Specifications. Both print and address files should be print-ready.

Address Validation and CASS™ Certification

We use the latest software approved by the US Postal Service to certify addresses (not available on Addressing Only service). This is included in our "Address Validation Tool" available through the Order Wizard. The software will make sure an address exists, but will not validate whether a specific person or business is in that location. To help ensure no returned postcards, you will want to add "Or Current Resident" or "Or Current Occupant" when ordering (either on the order form or using the Address Validation Tool).

Platinum Sort Turnaround Times

Orders received before noon Pacific time will be processed and mailed the following workday.
