3. Get An Account

An account is needed to use the EZ-Template™ system and to place an order with expresscopy.com. Setting up an account takes only a minute, and there is no obligation by signing up. Start with the basics and fill the rest out as you place an order.
4. Prepare Printing Job

There are two ways to prepare files for printing at expresscopy.com: create your own
, or using EZ-Template™
.
- Creating your own print files:
- Use any software you already have (including MS Publisher, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, etc.) to create a file.
- If you're creating business cards or postcards, you'll need to read our postcard specifications or business card specifications before sending.
- We accept files in .ps (Postscript), .prn (print file), or .pdf (Adobe Portable Document Format) formats. Download our new Postscript Print Driver to create appropriate .prn or .ps files.
- Publisher and Word documents can be converted to acceptable formats by using the new printer driver and new conversion tool. Native Publisher files are not accepted if they are not converted using this process!
- To get the best quality for print, please review the Preparing Files for Printing section, which helps you understand images, fonts, file sizes, and creating your output file.
- Using EZ-Template:
- Sign in to your account and click the "EZ-Template" tab, to see selectable templates.
- Simply follow the forms and upload your own images as requested.
- Once finished, review the final file on-screen. When the file is ready for printing, create an order.
5. Order Online

Order by logging in to the secure online order section of our site.
- Use the updated online order process to place an order. You will need to use this method if you've created your file with EZ-Template™.
- Log in to our secure site. Your username is normally your email address.
- If you need to create a file with EZ-Template, see #4 above.
- Start an Order: Create a new order or complete an unfinished order. Orders re not sent until you review it and submit it, and you can have multiple orders at a time.
- For new orders, you will need to enter an order name (make one up) and add items to it. An order can have as many items as desired. Please note: transmission times increase with the addition of multiple files added to folders.
- Add or edit items to the order. Select quantity, stock, and any additional services required. At the bottom of the page, make sure to attach the print files (either from your local computer, or files you've created using EZ-Template).
- Enter shipping and billing information. If you've already submitted at least one job, default information will be set up for billing and shipping. You can update or create new billing and shipping "presets" at any time, and attach them to an order.
6. Review and Submit

Review the order. Once the order is placed, it will immediately be put into the production queue. Print the confirmation page, it contains the order confirmation number.
7. Quick Turnaround and Shipping

expresscopy.com completes and ships most orders within 24 hours (some exceptions apply). If you selected the Platinum Mailing™ service, postcards will be delivered directly to the US Postal Service the same evening your order is placed, otherwise we ship overnight using Airborne Express (free within the continental US).
