Common Questions About My Account
- If I'm not sure I've signed up, how can I check?
Since your username is nearly always going to be your email address, the fastest way to find out if you have an account is to enter your username and click the "Forgot your password?" link. The system will look up your email address and if there is an account, it will email your password to that email address. Otherwise you will receive a message that there is no account with that name.
- How do I update my email address?
Log in first. Once you are at your main account page, you can select "My Account -> Edit Account" from the left side of the yellow navigation bar, or click "Edit Account Information" at the bottom of the page; both will take you to the same page. At the bottom of the page you can edit your Email address. Note: your username is your unique login and cannot be changed. Please note that you will need to continue using the old email address as your username, however all email notifications will be sent to your updated address.
- Can I change my password at any time?
Yes. Follow the instructions from #2 above, but instead of changing your email address, click the link in the upper right hand corner, "Change My Password »" and you will be able to change it as you wish.
- Why doesn't my password work?
There are some reasons why your password is not working:
- Someone else in your organization, who has access, may have changed it without notifying you. Determine whether anyone else may have changed it.
- Your password is case-sensitive. Make sure you typed it in exactly as you entered in your signup screen, or as it is displayed in your email notification.
- Though this happens rarely, there may have been a system error. If you have checked your password against what you received in your password request (see #1 above) and are still having problems, please contact Technical Support at 1-800-260-5887.
