Print & Address

Alternatively, we can print, address, and ship your custom postcards to you via your choice of UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground. When you receive the printing shipment for your postcard, you can take them to the USPS to mail them.

Printing Only

We can also print your cards and ship them all to you via your choice of UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground. If you're handing out postcards in person (at a retail store or an event, for example) and you needquality online postcard printing, this is the option you will want. Size and Paper Options for Direct Mail Postcards

Size 1: Regular 4.25" x 5.6" Postcard

These are the most common size of standard class postcards we print and mail. It is often referred to as a 4 x 6 postcard, but the size of the finished product is slightly different.

Size 2: Jumbo 5.5" x 8.5" Postcard

A larger card mailer which is the same size as a sheet of office paper folded in half from bottom to top.

Size 3: Block 6.125" x 8.25" Postcard

A wonderfully versatile-sized postcard, ready to accommodate all mailing postcard options - First-Class, EDDM, and Standard Bulk.

Size 4: Panoramic 5.75" x 11.25" Postcard

A wide-format postcard can be very attention-getting when mixed with standard class postcards and smaller postcards, especially with a landscape photograph or large exterior shot.

Size 5: Giant 8.5" x 11" Postcard

The largest format available for printing and mailing postcards and is also the size of a standard sheet of office paper. It is a very bold and attention-getting postcard size that will often be delivered wrapped around other mail, which means your customers will definitely see it.

Recyclable Cover Stock

Our recyclable cover stock is our most environmentally-conscious option while still producing beautiful mailings with superior image quality.

Uncoated Heavy Card Stock

Uncoated heavy card stock is a "card" stock, which is a little heavier than the greeting cards you can buy at the supermarket. Printed postcards that are left uncoated have a smooth, matte surface, and rich colors come out looking great, with a surface you can write on with a pencil or pen. However, because of USPS mail sorting, we do not mail or mass mail postcards printed on uncoated stock, as they are too susceptible to damage while in transit. When you order a postcard printed on uncoated stock, just choose the "shipping" option rather than the mailing option.

Uncoated Cover Stock

Uncoated cover stock is similar to the weight and feel of a typical greeting card. When left uncoated, this stock still shows rich colors but is smooth and matte. This is a great combination of durability and weight for postcard-sized printed pieces that will be handed out or mailed using Every Door Direct Mail, rather than first class™ postcards or standard bulk mail postcards.
