We print and address your direct mail pieces and then send them out to your customers or contacts with your choice of USPS First-Class™ or Standard Bulk Mail. Review our online layout specs to ensure your direct mail piece is correctly designed for USPS.

Option 1. Envelope Letter Mailer: 8.5" x 11"

(flat) / 8.5" x 3.67" (folded)

If you’re working on a professional form letter, or if you’ve got sensitive or confidential information that you need to send out, the envelope letter mailer is a great option.

Option 2. Tri-Fold Mailer: 8.5" x 11"

(flat) / 8.5" x 3.67" (folded)

Tri-folds are a great direct mail option that allow you to include some enclosed information, but you still have the outside panels that can showcase images and messaging to entice your recipients to engage. The tri-fold is automatically bound together with two tab seals per USPS standards.

Option 3. Bi-Fold Mailer: 8.5" x 11"

(flat) / 8.5" x 5.5" (folded)

Similar to a tri-fold, the bi-fold gives you marketing spaces inside and out, but in a two panel format for larger format graphics and messaging. The bi-fold is automatically bound together with two tab seals per USPS standards.

Option 4. Greeting Card Mailer: 6.25" x 9"

(flat) / 6.25" x 4.5" (folded)

Mailed greeting cards give you a more personalized marketing piece no matter the occasion. Choose from one of our beautiful templates, or upload your own custom design.

Premium Bond Paper

Our premium bond paper is the perfect introductory paper option for the tri-fold, bi-fold and letter envelope mailer. It’s a 28# paper, which is a little heavier than common office paper for a nice look and feel.

80# Coated Cover Stock

This paper is a little heavier than the premium bond paper, which helps to give it a little more rigidity when going through the USPS. The coating on the stock gives it a nice glossy finish for our tri-fold and bi-fold mailers.

Recyclable Cover Stock

Our recyclable cover stock is our most environmentally-conscious option while still producing beautiful mailings with superior image quality.
