I was astounded by the quality and speed...
I want to say THANK YOU for my order. This was my 1st order with you and I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I received my order this morning in time for my sales meeting Wednesday morning. As you know, I've been a customer of expresscopy.com for a relatively long time. I thought I'd take a couple of minutes to email and tell you that I continue to be impressed with expresscopy.com's quality and responsiveness. I've placed about 3 orders this week, ranging from laminated flyers to almost 1000 laminated postcards. When I ran into a problem with an upload of a large file, I had a callback from one of your tech support people in a matter of minutes. The problem was resolved quickly. Due to client issues, the production of a flyer for a $1.65M listing of mine was delayed. I uploaded the 21MB file to you this morning with a note telling your team that it would be greatly appreciated if they could turn around the laminated order in a day instead of the 2 days it sometimes takes. They accommodated the request and I'll have the flyers tomorrow.
I can't tell you how many clients have said that receiving a high-quality laminated postcard in the mail, or seeing one of my high-quality color laminated flyers, established a perception of quality that helped differentiate me from the rest of the real estate community. Naturally, I believe that the high standards I have for the content and digital images on these items makes a big difference, too, but the quality of your printing and lamination is a big part of the success story.
I have a lot of respect for businesses that are client-focused, and produce high quality products. You've done an excellent job in both areas.

If Peters and Waterman are still IN SEARCH OF EXCELLENCE, they need look no further than you guys. A quality product at a compelling price and an attitude in providing it that I find simply amazing in this day and age of 'take it or leave it'. I go back to the days when all you did was provide color copies. And even then, it was overnight to you on Monday, you completed the order on Tuesday and I had it back the next day with a pre-paid mailer for the next order and all at a price that was compelling. Then you just kept on improving your product line and access to it.
I did then and will continue to tell anyone that you are the best deal around. Thanks for being there with exactly what I needed when I needed it and at a fair acceptable price.

Dear Rossi, you may remember me as I had only been in the business less than two weeks. I gave you a business card from Saturn of Greenville N.C. I just wanted to let you know that I took your advice on expresscopy.com and started my postcard campaign using them. I also got business cards through them (with lamination) and wow you were not kidding about the quality or there product. I used the laminated postcards and got a few calls because or them, including a prospect, now a buyer. I was so proud of the quality that I got with using your recommendation that I brought it by the one bank that at the time I had sent a deal. They are now paying for me to mail the cards with their logo and tag line on the back.
Thanks again for the advice, that is top quality work more people should use it. If I can get a bank to sponsor the mailing campaign and I have not even closed on my first deal yet, anybody can do it.
